We currently perform Janitorial Building Services, Mechanical Engineering, HVAC and Maintenance Services for numerous commercial, retail and residential properties on Oahu, Maui and Kauai. We are a major facility service company with excellent benefits including 401k plan with employer match, vacation, and competitive wages. Janitorial

  • Custodial Supervisor Full-Time – Manoa, OAHU
    We have a full-time supervisor opening in Manoa.  Position involves cleaning and light maintenance (changing lights, painting, etc) of a retail shopping center.  Must have good customer service skills. Previous supervisory experience a plus.  Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.
  • Custodial Supervisor Full-Time – Pearl City, OAHU
    We have a full-time supervisor opening in Pearl City.  Position involves cleaning and light maintenance (changing lights, painting, etc) of a retail shopping center.  Must have good customer service skills. Previous supervisory experience a plus.  Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm.
  • Custodians Full-Time – Honolulu & Waikiki, OAHU
    We have full-time openings in Honolulu & Waikiki. Must have good customer service skills. Previous janitorial experience a plus. Experience with floor machines a plus.  Day Schedules: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.  Evening Schedule: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm.  Overnight Schedule: 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.
  • Custodian Full-Time – Ewa Beach & Kapolei, OAHU
    We have a full-time opening in Ewa Beach and Kapolei cleaning two retail shopping centers. Must have good customer service skills. Previous janitorial experience a plus.  Schedule: Thursday/Friday/Saturday/Sunday, 35 hours/week.
  • Custodians Part-Time – Ward, Kahuku, Pearl City, OAHU
    We are looking for part-time custodians to clean bank branches.  Schedule: Sunday through Thursday after 5 pm, various hours per week.  Employment will be based on individual clearing security checks which will include criminal record and credit history. Dependability is a must. Willing to train.
  • Custodians Part-Time – Downtown Honolulu, OAHU
    We are looking for part-time custodians for positions in Downtown Honolulu.
    Schedule 1: Sunday through Thursday, evenings.
    Schedule 2: Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
  • Custodian/Utility Part-Time – Downtown Honolulu, OAHU
    We are looking for a part-time custodian with floor work experience.  Must have flexible weekend days and weekday evenings.
  • Custodians Full-Time – Kahului & Lahaina, MAUI
    We have full-time custodian openings in Kahului and Lahaina. Various schedules, must be able to work weekends. This will be for cleaning of a retail shopping center. Call 688-7567 on Maui for an interview.

Engineering & Maintenance

  • Chief Engineer – Honolulu, OAHU
    We are looking for a Chief Engineer for a 64-acre mixed-use property in Honolulu. Engineering & maint experience required including project mgmt, HVAC, plumbing & electrical. We are looking for a hands-on working manager who is highly organized, able to multi-task, has excellent administrative skills, able to manage workers, and project scheduling. Excellent communication skills & ability to work with customers important.
  • Building Engineer – Honolulu, OAHU
    We are looking for building engineers with previous commercial, retail or high-rise residential experience. Previous experience in HVAC, building automation systems, electrical, etc. MS Word and Excel proficiency helpful.  Management and/or supervisory experience and good customer service preferred.
  • Maintenance Technicians and Floaters – Honolulu, OAHU
    Immediate career opportunities available for experienced FULL-TIME building maintenance technicians and floaters interested in advancement.  Previous experience in HVAC, bldg automation systems, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc. Customer service aptitude preferred.

Admin

  • Accounting Manager – Honolulu, OAHU
    We are looking for an Accounting Manager.  The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player with a positive attitude and at least 3 years of supervisory experience. Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and be detail oriented are a must. Must be a self-starter with good communication, organizational, and time management skills. Candidates must have an aptitude for continual learning of new skills and processes.  Core duties will be overseeing the day to day operations of the Accounting Department, financial reporting and analysis, ad hoc reporting and analysis, cash management, project accounting, budget preparation, contract management, and audit coordination. Experience overseeing high volume in accounts payable is highly desired. Experience with SAGE100, ADP, MS Office, 10-key by touch preferred.  BA in Accounting or related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.  Five (5) years of relevant Accounting or Financial Management experience is preferred.   • Accounting Administrator – Honolulu, OAHU
    We are looking for a reliable, full-time Accounting Administrator. The ideal candidate will be capable of learning our system with minimal supervision. Candidate should have good communication, organizational and time management skills. In addition to serving the Accounting Department, the applicant will also work with the operations department on occasion. Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable a plus. Experience with SAGE100, MS Office (Excel & Word), 10-key by touch preferred. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines a must. BA in Accounting or related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.   • Operations Administrative Assistant – Honolulu, OAHU
    We are looking for a reliable, full-time Administrative Assistant that will work with our operations team.  Core duties will include supply ordering, processing forms, ordering and tracking phones/fleet vehicles/uniforms, upkeeping a customer database, tracking customer issues, etc.  Must have experience with MS Word and Excel.  Able to communicate well with internal and external customers via email and in-person.  Must have excellent customer service and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
