Janitorial

Janitorial Supervisor Full-Time - Honolulu, OAHU

We have a supervisor opening in the Ala Moana area. Position involves involves knowledge of cleaning and floor machines for a condominium. Must have good customer service, computer skills and valid driver license. Previous supervisory experience a plus. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.

Custodians Full-Time – Honolulu & Waikiki, OAHU

We have full-time openings in Honolulu & Waikiki. Must have good customer service skills. Previous janitorial experience a plus. Experience with floor machines a plus.  Day Schedules: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.  Evening Schedule: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm.  Overnight Schedule: 10:30 pm to 7:00 am.

Custodian Utility Full-Time – OAHU

We are looking for full-time utility janitors with a flexible schedule, must be available to work nights and weekends. Must have previous experience with floor machines, pressure washer, scrubber, strip/wax/buff, shampoo carpets. Must have a valid driver license.

Custodians Part-Time - Kahala, Honolulu, Central, OAHU

We are looking for part-time janitors to clean and disinfect classrooms at schools in Kahala, Honolulu and Central areas. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Dependability is a must. Previous cleaning experience preferred.

Custodians Part-Time – Pearl City, Kalihi, Ward, Kaneohe, Manoa, Kapahulu, OAHU

We are looking for part-time custodians to clean bank branches.  Schedule: Sunday through Thursday after 5 pm, various hours per week.  Employment will be based on individual clearing security checks which will include criminal record and credit history. Dependability is a must. Willing to train.

Custodians Part-Time – Downtown Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for part-time custodians for positions in Downtown Honolulu.

Schedule 1: Sunday through Thursday, evenings.

Schedule 2: Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Custodian/Utility Part-Time – Downtown Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for a part-time custodian with floor work experience.  Must have flexible weekend days and weekday evenings.

Custodian Full-Time – Lihue, KAUAI

Engineering & Maintenance

Chief Engineer – Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for a FULL-TIME Chief Engineer for a 64-acre mixed-use property in Honolulu. Engineering & maintenance experience required including project mgmt, HVAC, plumbing & electrical. We are looking for a hands-on working manager who is highly organized, able to multi-task, has excellent administrative skills, able to manage workers, and project scheduling. Project Manager - Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for a FULL-TIME Project Manager for a commercial building in Honolulu. Must have previous experience with managing capital improvement projects, scheduling vendors, preparing RFPs & analyzing bids. We are looking for a project manager who is highly organized, able to multi-task, has excellent administrative skills, able to manage vendors and project scheduling. Excellent communication skills & ability to work with customers important.

Maintenance Technicians and Floaters – Honolulu, OAHU

Immediate career opportunities available for experienced FULL-TIME building maintenance technicians and floaters interested in advancement.  Previous experience in HVAC, building automation systems, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, etc. Customer service aptitude preferred.

HVAC

HVAC Foreman – Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for a working HVAC Foreman with 7+ years commercial experience.  Must be EPA Universal certified and have experience with chillers, cooling towers, split systems, installs, troubleshooting and ability to read blueprints.  Must have a valid driver license.  Previous supervisory and project management experience preferred.  Good communication and customer service skills a must.

Admin

Accountant - Honolulu, OAHU

We have an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME Accountant. The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player with a positive attitude. Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines a must. He or she should be a self-starter with good communication, organizational and time management skills.

Core duties will be to complete accounts payable invoice entries and accounts receivable billings, compile financial statements, review data, and ensure financial compliance. Additionally, executing a variety of financial procedures, including month-end and year-end closings, bank reconciliations, journal entries, balance sheet account reconciliations, and accruals required. Other job duties may include reconciling credit card statements, tracking fixed assets, payroll journal entries, and preparing GET returns. Knowledge of debits and credits a must as well as GAAP. Assist Accounting Manager and Executives with various tasks as needed.

The Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager and work with the team to accomplish interdepartmental goals.

Experience with SAGE100, ADP, MS Office, 10-key by touch preferred. BA in Accounting or related field and 3+ years equivalent work experience preferred. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Specialist

We have an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME Accounts Payable (A/P) / Accounts Receivable (A/R) Specialist. The ideal candidate will be a versatile team player with a positive attitude and 3+ years of high-volume AP experience (50+ invoices/day). Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines a must. He or she should be a self-starter with good communication, organizational and time management skills.

Core duties will be working on A/P (full cycle of coding, entering invoices, cutting checks) A/R billings, A/R follow-up, and cash receipts along with overseeing the day to day operations of the Accounting Department. Must be able to complete journal entries and have knowledge of debits and credits. Bank reconciliation and monthly closing experience a plus. Experience communicating with vendors and customers. Assist Accounting Manager and Executives with various tasks as needed.

The Accountant will report to the Accounting Manager and work with the team to accomplish interdepartmental goals.
