We are looking for a part-time custodian to clean bank branches. Schedule: Monday through Saturday after 5 pm, various hours per week. Employment will be based on individual clearing security checks which will include criminal record and credit history for certain sites. Good customer service skills and dependability is a must. We are looking for a working HVAC Foreman with 7+ years commercial experience. Must be EPA Universal certified and have experience with chillers, cooling towers, split systems, installs, troubleshooting and ability to read blueprints. Must have a valid driver license. Previous supervisory and project management experience preferred. Good communication and customer service skills a must.

A/P Specialist – Honolulu, OAHU
We have an immediate opening for a FULL-TIME Accounts Payable (A/P) Specialist. Core duties will be working on full cycle A/P: Receiving invoices, matching invoices to purchase orders, obtaining proper approval prior to entering invoices, coding invoices with correct account and cost center, posting for payments, and cutting checks. Communicate with vendors to request invoices, statements and resolve account discrepancies; Vendor Account and Credit Card reconciliation; Month end closing; Assist Accounting Manager and Executives with various tasks as needed. This position will report to the Accounting Manager and work with the team to accomplish interdepartmental goals.
Minimum Requirements: Ideal candidate will be a versatile team player with a positive attitude. 3+ years high-volume AP experience (50+ invoices/day). Ability to multi-task, set priorities, identify and address problems, and meet deadlines a must. Self-starter with good communication, organizational and time management skills. Experience with SAGE100, MS Office, 10-key by touch preferred. BA in Accounting or related field and/or equivalent work experience preferred.

We have an immediate opening for full-time restoration project coordinator. Must have previous restoration experience (water, fire, mold and repairs) and excellent computer/administrative skills. Knowledge of Alacrity a plus. Good customer service and communication important. Must have a valid driver license and be able to pass a background check. Must have a flexible schedule and available for restoration support and sales 24/7.
Restoration Admin Assistant – Honolulu, OAHU
We have a full-time restoration administrative assistant opening in Kaka’ako. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, but must be flexible to support a 24/7 operation. Duties include: scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars, handle customer inquiries/requests, create and maintain job documents, supply ordering, processing forms, upkeeping a customer database, tracking customer issues, creating proposals, etc. Must have excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel and able to communicate effectively with customers in-person and via phone. Must be willing to learn Xactimate, XACT analysis, DASH and MICA and obtain certain certifications within 6-12 months of hire. Previous experience with restoration a plus.
