Jodi Okada serves as Vice President of Hawaiian Building Maintenance, where she provides strategic oversight across key corporate functions. With decades of experience within the organization, Jodi brings deep institutional knowledge and cross-functional leadership to her role. She is known for building structured frameworks that strengthen compliance, enhance operational effectiveness, and support sustainable growth across the company.

Beth Littledell is a seasoned Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience helping organizations grow stronger, more engaged teams. A graduate of Louisiana State University with a degree in Business Administration and Human Resources, Beth brings a passion for leadership development, employee engagement, and practical HR strategy. With over a decade in executive leadership roles, Beth now leads Human Resources at HBM, where she champions the strategic use of HR technology and fosters a people-first culture that supports HBM’s workforce across the islands. She is committed to empowering leaders, strengthening training programs, and creating an employee experience rooted in collaboration, innovation, and aloha.

Aaron Bowman is a results-driven engineering and operations leader, bringing over two decades of experience across military, telecommunication, and facilities management sectors. His career began as a U.S. Navy submariner and Coast Guard facilities mechanic, laying a diverse and strong technical foundation. He advanced through a series of roles at a major telecommunications company including Facilities Engineering, Real Estate Operations, Field Operations and MDU Projects. From building engineer to Senior Manager of Field Operations—overseeing MDU deployments, large-scale network audits, and led high-performing, cross-functional teams across multiple regions. He now serves as Director of Engineering for the HBM team, where he leverages his broad expertise to drive performance, safety, and service excellence while building and maintaining relationships with crews and clients alike.

Joe Macomber is the Director of Janitorial at Hawaiian Building Maintenance, specializing in retail janitorial, maintenance, management, and scheduling. With 24 years of experience in the industry, he focuses on managing and training supervisors while building strong, lasting relationships with clients and staff. Joe has been a dedicated member of the Hawaiian Building Maintenance team since March 12, 2001.

As the Safety Administrator, Jaycelyn Nakata is dedicated to ensuring a safe work environment for all employees. She plays a key role in the implementation and upkeep of our safety protocols and procedures. Jaycelyn has a strong background in field operations, particularly within the telecommunications industry. During her time as a Field Operations Specialist, she gained extensive experience in conducting technician safety assessments, and performing work quality observations. As our Safety Administrator, her primary focus is on promoting safe work practices, delivering comprehensive training, and driving operational excellence throughout the organization.

Brockton Simpson joined HBM in 2025 as an Account Executive, driven by a passion for strategic growth and building lasting partnerships. Jeffrey Holton is Engineering Account Manager at Hawaiian Building Maintenance, where he oversees the technical operations of multiple Class A buildings across Oahu. Known for his creative problem-solving, Jeffrey leads a specialized team of engineers dedicated to maintaining high-performance environments for premier commercial/Retail/Residential properties. Throughout his career, Jeffrey has held key leadership roles including Facilities Manager at The Doctors Company and Point Blue Conservation Science, Operations Manager at the Center for Domestic Peace, and Maintenance Manager at Manly Honda. Beyond his technical expertise, Jeffrey is a dedicated public servant. He formerly served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Santa Rosa, CA, showcasing a career-long commitment to community safety and responsible urban development. Here on Oahu, he continues his public service by volunteering with local non-profits and spreading Aloha wherever he goes.

Maximo Cristobal is the HVAC Foreman at Hawaiian Building Maintenance, with goals to establish HBM within the completive industry, specializing in HVAC, service, troubleshooting and equipment installation. He has 22 years of theory and field experience in this industry and is a dedicated member of the HBM team since 2010. Maximo is committed to providing expert service and maintaining HBM's competitive presence within the HVAC industry

Frank Valdry IV is an Account Manager specializing in Janitorial and Maintenance services, with 8 years of experience in retail institutions, he focuses on client retention, satisfaction, quality service, and growth by acting as the primary liaison between the company and its clients.

Ryan Iaea was born and raised in Hawaiʻi before spending 14 years in Southern California, where he attended college and built his professional career. With 16 years of experience in customer-facing sales and service roles, Ryan brings a strong background in relationship management, communication, and delivering effective solutions. Now back home in Hawaiʻi, Ryan serves as an Account Manager at Hawaiian Building Maintenance, where he focuses on building strong client relationships, supporting property needs, and ensuring HBM consistently delivers a high level of service.

Sheri T. joined HBM in August 2023 as an Account Manager in the Commercial Janitorial division. She brings over 15 years of experience in the hotel industry, having worked extensively in both Front Desk and Housekeeping departments. Zackary Fountain is a Project Estimator specializing in providing insights for new jobs and improving workflows from an operations viewpoint. With 4 years of experience in operations, including a background as an Account Manager, he focuses on supporting account executives in the sales process by offering pricing guidance, operational insight, and practical solutions to overcome project challenges. His experience working directly with clients and managing accounts allows him to bring a well-rounded, detail-oriented perspective to every project. Zackary has been with HBM since 2022.

Derek T. Tamashiro is an Account Manager on Kauai. Specializing in general construction, facilities maintenance, and janitorial services. With 28 years of experience in the construction and hospitality industry, he focuses on customer satisfaction. As a retired US Army veteran of 20 years, he takes pride and honor working for HBM since 2017.

Daniel DeFries serves as Account Manager for Hawaiian Building Maintenance Maui Operations, providing operational leadership and overseeing the delivery of building maintenance services across the island. He brings more than a decade of management experience across telecommunications, construction support, facilities services, and retail operations. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and has built his career around leading people, strengthening operational systems, solving complex day-to-day challenges, and maintaining high standards of service and accountability. Daniel has played an active role in managing Maui operations, coordinating personnel and field activities, addressing client needs, and developing processes focused on improving operational efficiency, reliability, and service quality.
