Our History
HBM was founded in 1957 in Honolulu as a janitorial services company. As Hawai’i’s commercial landscape evolved, so did we.
Over the decades, HBM expanded its capabilities to meet the growing needs of property owners and managers — moving from single-service delivery to integrated building support across multiple disciplines. Today, HBM operates as a full-service asset services partner, supporting performance, reliability, and long-term value across the Hawaiian Islands.
While our services have grown, our commitment to dependable service, local relationships, and accountable execution has remained constant for more than 60 years.
