Janitor Part-Time – Anahola, KAUAI

We have a PART-TIME janitorial opening in Anahola. This will be for cleaning of a school. Must be able to pass a background check and TB test. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Call 808-295-1563 for more information and to apply.

Custodian Full-Time – Kaka’ako, OAHU

We have a full-time opening in Kaka’ako at a retail/residential area. Must have good customer service skills. Previous general janitorial duties outdoors in retail/residential area is a plus. Schedule: Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun/Mon, 2:00pm to 10:30pm (5 days/week). Pay $18.25/hr

Custodial Supervisor Full-Time – Mililani, OAHU

We are looking a full-time janitorial supervisor for a retail shopping center in Mililani. Previous janitorial and light maintenance experience preferred. Schedule: Monday through Friday, Days. Pay rate: $17/hr.

Custodian Full-Time – Moanalua, OAHU

We have a full-time opening in Moanalua at a retail shopping center. Must have good customer service skills. Previous janitorial experience a plus. Schedule: Mon/Wed/Thurs/Fri, 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm; Tues, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm; Sat/Sun, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm (7 days/week).  Pay: $16/hr

Custodian Full-Time – Kailua, OAHU

We have a full-time opening in Kailua at a retail shopping center. Must have good customer service skills. Previous janitorial experience a plus. Schedule: 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm (5 days/week).  Pay: $15/hr

Custodian Full-Time – Waikiki, OAHU

We have a full-time opening in Waikiki at a condominium. Must have good customer service skills. Previous janitorial experience a plus. Schedule: Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; Wed/Sat, 8:00 am to noon (OFF Sunday). Pay: $17.50/hr

Custodial Floaters Full-Time – Various Locations, OAHU

We have full-time floater openings. Will be assigned to various locations around Oahu. Must have car, valid driver license and flexible schedule. Previous experience in janitorial cleaning and light maintenance helpful.  Pay: $18/hr

Custodian Utility Full-Time – OAHU

We are looking for full-time utility janitors with a flexible schedule, must be available to work nights and weekends. Must have previous experience with floor machines, pressure washer, scrubber, strip/wax/buff, shampoo carpets. Must have a. valid driver license.  Pay: $18/hr

Custodian Part-Time – Aina Haina, OAHU

We have a part-time custodial opening in Aina Haina at an office building.  Previous janitorial experience helpful.  Must be able to pass a background check.  Schedule: Monday through Thursday and Saturday, 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  Pay: $14/hr

Custodians Part-Time – Downtown Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for part-time custodians for positions in Downtown Honolulu.  Pay ranges: $14-15/hr

Schedule 1: Sunday through Thursday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

Schedule 2: Sunday, 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm and Monday through Thursday, 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

Schedule 3: Monday through Friday, 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm (19.5 hours/week).

Schedule 4: Monday through Friday, 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm (19.5 hours/week).

We have a FULL-TIME janitorial floater opening. Must have a flexible schedule and ability to work nights and weekends. Must have a valid driver license and company vehicle provided. Will be driving to various sites in Lihue, but may also drive to Princeville and Koloa. Previous experience with floor machines such as carpet shampooer, pressure washer, scrubber, etc preferred. HVAC Foreman – Honolulu, OAHU

We are looking for a working HVAC Foreman with 7+ years commercial experience. Must be EPA Universal certified and have experience with chillers, cooling towers, split systems, installs, troubleshooting and ability to read blueprints. Must have a valid driver license. Previous supervisory and project management experience preferred. Good communication and customer service skills a must.  Pay range: $80k-90k

Admin

Safety Administrator – Honolulu, OAHU

We have an opening for a proactive and enthusiastic safety innovator for multi-site locations. Position to include job site audits, oversight of company safety program and implementation of additional health and safety training programs, certification training, procurement of safety items, etc.  Position will be mostly visiting jobsites vs. office work.  Prefer 3-5 years experience in safety admin, including safety inspections/investigations and training. Relevant college degree preferred or strong equivalent experience and certifications. Must have a valid driver license and be willing to travel to the neighbor islands. Great customer service, proficient with email, MS Word and Excel required. Position includes a company vehicle with gas card.  Salary: $70k

Engineering Admin – Honolulu, OAHU

We have a full-time engineering admin opening in downtown Honolulu. Must be able to manage time, multi-task, participate in property/project walkthroughs and prioritize duties well. Position involves a lot of data entry, payroll, invoicing, supply ordering, and customer service. Must have excellent computer skills including MS Word and Excel and able to communicate effectively with customers in-person and via phone. Previous experience with a construction/maintenance company helpful. Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.   Pay: $20/hr

Restoration Technicians – Honolulu, OAHU

We have immediate openings for full-time restoration technicians with a background in water mitigation, mold remediation and/or fire restoration. Good customer service and communication important. Must have a valid driver license and be able to pass a background check. Must have a flexible schedule and ability to work weekends, evenings and on-call.  Pay range: $23-25/hr
